On May 28th, Chef Aurora Goy joins chefs João Pupo Lameiras, João Ribeiro and Gonçalo Guedes for a relaxed and playful celebration of Portuguese popular gastronomy at Jangal Gastro Bar.

The idea is simple: reinterpret some of Portugal’s most iconic sandwiches while preserving their soul — through bold flavors, preserves, fried elements, sauces and proper bread.

Inspired by the atmosphere of the Santos Populares festivities, this casual food event in Porto brings together comfort food, Punchtails cocktails and Portuguese popular music in a lively and informal setting.

Because gastronomy also lives in these lighter moments — eating with your hands, sharing stories and enjoying great food together.
