Celebrating 8 years of APEGO means celebrating all the people, products and moments that shaped our identity as a fine dining restaurant in Porto. Over the years, we have built a cuisine rooted in emotion, seasonality, local produce and meaningful hospitality — a cuisine deeply connected to time, land and people. And perhaps there is no better way to celebrate this journey than by cooking together. On June 13th and 14th, Chef Aurora Goy welcomes chefs Rafael Melo Avila and Franco Pinilla for a very special collaborative dinner between APEGO & BIOMA — an encounter between different culinary backgrounds, cultures and creative perspectives. From Pico Island to Porto, this tasting menu was created as a celebration of seasonal ingredients, creativity and shared experiences around the table. For two days only, we will serve an exclusive 8-course tasting menu created by the three chefs, where each dish reflects the exchange of ideas, techniques, memories and inspirations between their cuisines.
