On May 17th, Chef Aurora Goy joins producer Formiga Gloriosa for a special Farm to Table experience at Quinta Esmeralda, in Mosteiró, Vila do Conde.
This seasonal lunch experience was created for those looking to reconnect with nature, local ingredients and the slower rhythm of the seasons.
The experience begins with a peaceful walk through the property and gardens before gathering around the table for a lunch inspired by what the land is offering at this moment.
